Four Months In

Today marks the four month anniversary of taking possession of this house. I really can't believe it's only been four months.

We're pretty proud of what we've achieved so far, but know the tough work is still around the corner.

Anyway, we're all sick with colds at the moment and I was feeling tired and sentimental, so I put together a photo slideshow to commemorate this notable anniversary and recap our journey so far....

  2. Beautiful images Edwina, some particularly lovely ones of Lucinda too. You really have made amazing changes in such a short period of time. And the memories you are creating for Lucinda are wonderful too, it is good to stop and reflect every now and again before getting up and on with it all. We have owned Betsy for almost three years and only now are the big changes happening, all i've really managed is to paint my lounge room white! mel x

  5. Congratulations an a huge initiation to country life. I think its's wise to reflect and acknowledge what you have achieved not only in renovations but new country friendships. Well done to both of you and your beautiful daughter is thriving. Dan might need a day of rest after all his work. Regards Kathy A, Brisbane, Australia

  6. Hope you are all feeling better soon, intake of vitamin C is the go ! and some Horseradish & Garlic capsules for fighting the congestion in head or chest.
Amazing progress really, it doesn't hit you properly until you look back and see how it was to start with, lots of little jobs and some big changes all add up and it is NOT easy when you have a little one to keep safe and amused and the crazy weather to deal with too......well done, chin up....onward with the progress :)
